Training goals
Training starts with a concrete team need. Define the audience, content, and expected outcome before assigning activities. Explain why the content is part of everyday work and how people can ask questions throughout the learning journey.
Agree with those responsible on how to follow the journey. This follow-up should consider the team’s working conditions, including time available for study and the need for guidance during activities.
Training follow-up
A certificate records completion, but does not replace professional supervision, job requirements, or practical assessment when needed. Check each program’s criteria to understand what was required and the scope of its content.
Use progress records to identify pending activities and discuss difficulties. Delayed completion may indicate a question about the content or an access problem that needs resolving.
Completion records
When reviewing completion, check the person’s name, the program taken, and the information on the certificate. Organize follow-up by team and responsible unit, respecting the access defined by the organization. This way, the document complements a learning journey that can be understood and followed.
